Here is a fun video of us feeding our ten 2022 kids on a bottle bucket.

Dairy Goats

We have been keeping dairy goats since 2005.

Here is our list of does bred for spring 2024 kids. If you are interested in reserving kids, please contact us.

We bred Bon Bon, our large Lamancha/Nubian cross to Buddy, our half and half Lamancha/Nubian on 10-26-23. Due date is: 3-25-24. Ears are possible from this match. Bon Bon kidded on 3-27-24 with a single boy. He has long ears and waddles and weighed a whopping 12 pounds!

We bred Crocus, Bon Bon's lovely daughter, our consistently high milker, to Nicholas, our very spotted and attractive Nubian buck on 10-31-23. Expected due date is 3-30-24. Crocus had a single buck on 3-30-24. He has long ears and waddles. He was 10.5 pounds.

We bred Allium, our spotted Lamancha yearling doe to Nicholas, our spotted Nubian buck. This should produce very cute kids! Breeding date: 11-16-23, expected kidding date: 4-15-24. Allium had twins, a boy and a girl on April 13, 2024. The boy was 8 pounds, the girl was 7.5 pounds. All are doing very well.

Classes

We teach cheesemaking classes, both soft and hard as well as goat milk soap classes.  If you would like to schedule classes at the farm, contact us.  If you would like to schedule a class for your group or organization, I can take all my classes on the road. More specifics on when I am offering classes and prices and descriptions are on my class page.
